How can the Electronic Small Guest Safe be installed?
The safe can be securely mounted to a wall or floor using the supplied fixing hardware and pre-drilled mounting points. For maximum security, install the safe in a discreet location such as a wardrobe or cupboard and follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

No. The Small Guest Safe is not designed to accommodate most laptops.
Can I store A4 documents?
A4 documents will need to be folded. For flat document storage, we recommend a larger safe size.
What happens if I forget my PIN?
You can regain access using the supplied backup keys or master code.
What happens if someone enters the wrong PIN multiple times?
The safe automatically enters a three-minute lockdown period after four incorrect PIN attempts.
How do I replace the batteries?
The Guest Safe features an external battery compartment, allowing you to replace the batteries without opening the safe.
Locate the battery compartment on the outside of the safe.
Remove the battery cover.
Replace the old batteries with new alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-).
Refit the battery cover securely.
Test the keypad to confirm the batteries have been installed correctly.
Tip: We recommend replacing all batteries at the same time using high-quality alkaline batteries. Your PIN code settings will remain stored during battery replacement.
