Algemene voorwaarden van de 2 maanden gratis Yaleabonnementskorting

Door deel te nemen aan deze promotie ga je (‘de abonnee’) akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze promotie moeten aankopen van Promotieproducten worden gedaan tussen 2 maart 2026 vanaf 00:01 CET en 2 april 2026 (de “Promotieperiode”). Alle abonnementen moeten vóór 31 mei 2026 om 23:59 CET voltooid zijn (de “sluitingsdatum”). Deelname staat open voor Yale klanten woonachtig in Nederland die 18 jaar of ouder zijn.
Er zijn geen kosten om deel te nemen aan deze promotie.

De kortingscode kan worden ingewisseld bij een bestelling van een Camera, Alarm of Beveiliging abonnement in de Yale Homeapp (“Gekwalificeerde Bestelling”) en moet worden toegepast tijdens het afrekenproces.

Alle nieuwe abonnees ontvangen standaard een proefperiode van 1 maand op alle Yaleabonnementen; deelnemers aan deze promotie krijgen daarbovenop 2 extra gratis maanden. Na afloop van de Promotieperiode loopt het abonnement door en worden kosten in rekening gebracht volgens de geldende adviesprijs, tenzij het abonnement vóór de eerste betaling wordt opgezegd volgens de annuleringsvoorwaarden.
Deze promotie geldt uitsluitend voor volledig nieuwe abonnementen die tijdens de in punt 3 genoemde periode worden gestart. Bestaande abonnees die een bestaand abonnement wijzigen of upgraden komen niet in aanmerking.
De kortingscode wordt per email verstrekt na aankoop van het product. Indien u geen code ontvangt, kunt u contact opnemen met onze klantenservice en een aankoopbewijs tonen om alsnog een kortingscode te ontvangen.
Een kortingscode kan niet met terugwerkende kracht worden geclaimd, kan niet op andere wijze worden aangevraagd en kan niet worden gecombineerd met andere promotiecodes, tenzij uitdrukkelijk vermeld.
Deelnemers kunnen per abonnement maximaal één (1) kortingscode claimen, ongeacht het aantal gekochte Promotieproducten.
Bij annulering van het abonnement vervalt de promotiekorting en wordt ongebruikt resterend voordeel ongeldig, ook als het abonnement direct weer wordt geactiveerd.
Beslissingen van de Organisator over alle aspecten van de promotie zijn bindend en definitief. De Organisator behoudt zich het recht voor om de voorwaarden van deze aanbieding op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen of te beëindigen.
De Organisator heeft het recht om, indien nodig, redelijke maatregelen te nemen om zichzelf te beschermen tegen frauduleuze of ongeldige claims, waaronder aanvullende verificatie van aankoopbewijs, identiteit, leeftijd of andere relevante gegevens.
De Organisator is niet verantwoordelijk voor: (a) fouten bij ontvangst van inzendingen door transmissieproblemen of andere omstandigheden buiten haar macht; (b) late, verloren of beschadigde inzendingen; (c) computer of communicatieproblemen; (d) verstoringen, schade of verlies door omstandigheden buiten de invloed van de Organisator; of (e) druk of typfouten in promotiematerialen.
Voor zover toegestaan door toepasselijk recht is de Organisator niet aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade, winstderving, verlies van besparingen of andere bijzondere, incidentele of gevolgschade, ongeacht oorzaak of grond.
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing, met inachtneming van de dwingende consumentenbeschermingsregels van het land waar de consument woont.

Door de kortingscode toe te passen, gaat de deelnemer akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

Terms and Conditions of the 2-Month Free Yale Subscriptions Discount .
By taking part in this promotion, you (‘the subscriber’) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To qualify under this Promotion, purchases of Promotion Products must be made within the period commencing (00:01 CET) 2nd March 2026 and ends on 2nd April 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All subscriptions must be completed before 23:59 pm on the 31st of May 2026 CET (”promotion closing date”) and is open to Yale customers resident in the Netherlands who must be over the age of 18 to participate.
There is no entry fee applicable to this Promotion.
The promotion is applicable to subscriptions purchased under the Camera, Alarm and Secure Plan, details of which are available here.
Promotional discount code is redeemable against a subscription order to the Camera, Alarm or Secure Plan in the Yale Home App (“Qualifying Order”) and must be applied at the ‘check-out’ process.

Participants who purchase an eligible new (i.e. not second hand, display model or refurbished) Yale product as listed in Table 1 below (“Promotion Product”) from Yalehome.nl within the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive a discount code for the value of 2 months free Camera, Alarm or Secure plan subscription to be used against a Qualifying Order.

All new subscribers receive a 1-month free trial on all Yale subscription products as standard; by taking part in this promotion the subscriber is entitled to a further 2 months free subscription.  At the end of the Promotion Period, the subscription plan will continue, and charges will be applicable as per published RRP and the payment card registered will be charged, unless the subscription is cancelled according to the cancellation terms prior to the first payment taken.
This Promotion is available to brand new subscriptions only initiated during the period included at point 3 above.  Existing subscribers that apply to extend or upgrade an existing subscription do not qualify.
The discount code will be provided via email after purchase of the product. In the event that the code is not received purchasers can contact our customer service and provide proof of receipt in the form of a product receipt in order to receive their discount code via email.
A discount code cannot be claimed retrospectively or by any other means and is not usable in conjunction with any other promotional codes, unless expressly specified.
Participants may claim for a maximum of one (1) discount during the Promotion per subscription, regardless of the quantity of Promotion Products purchased.
In the event of a cancellation of the subscription the promotion discount will no longer be valid and any unused portion will become null & void, even if the subscription is renewed immediately.
The decisions of the Promoter in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice and with future effect at any time..
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of the purchaser.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Promoter be liable for any losses or direct or indirect damages, loss of business profits, lost savings or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages whether for breach of warranty, contract, strict liability, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.
